The Arachnid on Aisle 8

We were browsing the Halloween candy aisle when Viv spotted it.

"Mommy! Look at that BIG SPIDER!"

I looked up to see it smiling down at us.

"Oh, Mommy! I want to take that spider home in our family!"

And so we did.

And Viv and her spider have been fast friends ever since.
